1. How can I track sick days and vacation days?Suggestion: There are a few different ways to account for sick days. For each sick or vacation day, create an “Other” event and label it accordingly. You can easily retrieve all instances by going to the event list tab and searching for “Sick Day” or “Vacation Day,” so you’ll always have an accurate record. Update the The title of the Regular Shift to be "Regular (Sick Day)"

2. What if my department has a set rate for an 8-hour detail, but my pay increases after 8 hours and I work 2 additional hours?Answer: Start by setting your 8-hour rate for the first 8 hours. Then, create a new detail event for the extra 2 hours at the higher rate. You can adjust the rate from your default by tapping the rate in each event and entering the new rate.

3. I only worked 5 hours of a detail, but I’m paid for 8. How should I enter this?Suggestion: If you are paid for 8 hours, enter it as an 8-hour detail. This will ensure your Earnings tab reflects your actual compensation.
